And I'm sorry to say this, but the people who are constantly wagging their fingers at those of us who move their kids to the next size up in seat too early have NO idea what it's like to try and cram a tall kid into the "appropriate" seat. Anyway, my 2 year old daughter was 3 inches taller than the max height recommendation for her old 5-point front facing seat, so I had to move her into a booster. She was tall enough for it, but wiggled around so much that I was concerned about the effectiveness of the belts. I started looking for some kind of belt adjuster, and was concerned with some of the reviewers points about not using ones that pulled the lap belt up--possibly causing abdominal injury during an accident.
